Estreham House, Brixton Hill

At Estreham House, located at 6 Streatham Place, our project involved the integration of both an insulated render system and a brick slip solution. The primary system we employed was the FastClad brick slip system, a highly effective prefabricated brick slip cladding solution. FastClad offers the advantage of rapid installation for external and internal masonry applications, without the need for specialist trades. Its versatility allows for use in both new-build and refurbishment projects. FastClad can be tailored using a wide variety of brick types and can even incorporate alternative masonry finishes, making it an adaptable choice for diverse architectural needs.

In addition to the FastClad system, we utilised SPS Envirowall products. Known for their award-winning, innovative insulation systems, SPS Envirowall solutions are designed to enhance energy efficiency, significantly improving the EPC rating of older buildings during refurbishment. These systems are also suitable for low and high-rise buildings, accommodating both masonry and framed construction. SPS Envirowall’s comprehensive range of decorative finishes not only delivers enhanced thermal performance but also provides a noticeable aesthetic uplift, making it a popular choice for new-build projects as well.
